One number reaches the scheduler for every city we cover. Tell us the city, roughly when the problem started and what you are seeing, and we will take it from there.

Call the scheduler(682) 201-2615

Calls placed during office hours are returned the same business day. Inspection requests are typically scheduled within the same week.

The Fastest Way to Get Booked

Call (682) 201-2615. A roofing problem is difficult to describe usefully in writing and easy to sort out in a two-minute conversation, which is why the phone is the primary route here rather than a form that sits in an inbox. Whoever answers can look at the crew calendar while you are still on the line and give you a real date rather than a promise to follow up.

If you are calling about something urgent, say so at the start. An active leak with water coming into the house gets handled differently from a roof you have been meaning to have looked at, and we will treat it accordingly.

Crews are on roofs through the working day, so if a call goes to voicemail during business hours it is because someone is up a ladder. Leave the city and the number and you will hear back the same day.

What Happens After You Call

  1. 01

We work out what you are actually dealing with

You will get asked a handful of questions: the city, the age of the roof if you know it, what you are seeing and whether water has made it inside. Two minutes of that usually establishes whether this is an inspection, a leak call or a storm assessment.

  2. 02

We put you on the calendar with a real date

The scheduler has the crew calendar open while you are on the phone, so the date you are given is the date that is actually available. If the soonest slot is later than you hoped, you will be told that rather than given an optimistic date that moves.

  3. 03

A crew walks the roof and you get it in writing

Someone gets on the roof, works the whole surface, photographs the findings and produces a written report. The findings and any estimate come to you afterwards, itemized, with no obligation attached and nobody following up from the driveway.

Before you call

Questions We Get on the Phone

Not for the roof itself. Most people prefer to be there for the walk-through afterwards so they can ask about the photographs, but if that is not possible we will send the findings and talk you through them by phone.

Inspections are usually scheduled within the same week across every city we cover. If there is water actively coming into the house, say so when you call and it gets prioritised accordingly.

Benbrook, Fort Worth, White Settlement, Westworth Village, River Oaks, Crowley, Burleson, Aledo, Willow Park, Weatherford, Edgecliff Village and Forest Hill. If your address is near one of those without being in it, call and ask rather than assuming.

Yes, including the written report and the photographs, and regardless of whether any work follows. There is no fee, no deposit and no obligation attached to it.

Calls after hours go to voicemail and are returned the next business morning. If you have water coming into the house overnight, get a container under it and move anything valuable clear, and we will get to you first thing.

Call and Get On the Calendar

One conversation puts a crew on your roof this week with nothing owed either way. Whatever is going on up there, you will at least know what it is.
