Our Services
We provide roof replacement, roof repair, storm and hail damage repair, roof inspections, roof leak repair, metal roofing, commercial low-slope roofing, and seamless gutter and downspout installation. Work begins after a walked inspection and a written estimate that you have accepted. Descriptions of our services on this website are general. The scope of any particular job is set by the written estimate for that job, and the written estimate takes precedence over anything described here.
Use of the Website
You may use this site to learn about our services and to contact us about work on a property. You may not use it unlawfully, attempt to interfere with its operation, or attempt to gain access to any part of it you are not authorised to access.
Appointments and Estimates
Inspections and estimates are provided at no charge and without obligation. An estimate reflects the condition of the roof as observed on the day of the inspection. Conditions that cannot reasonably be seen until a roof is opened, such as the state of the decking beneath the existing covering, may change the scope and the price. Where that happens, we will tell you before proceeding, and the rates used for such work are stated on the estimate in advance wherever possible. Estimates are valid for the period stated on them, and material prices may change after that period. Scheduled dates depend on weather, material availability and crew availability. We will tell you as soon as we know if a date has to move.
